Data is hosted by Supabase, Inc., in a data centre in the European Union (Ireland). The Tickami website (tickami.fr) is hosted by GitHub, Inc. (GitHub Pages), United States.
2. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the Tickami app, which lets you scan, import, organise and search your invoices and receipts, and export their data.
3. Acceptance
Creating an account or using the app means you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
4. Account
You sign in by email (link or 6-digit code), or with an Apple, Google or Microsoft account. You are responsible for access to this account and to your iPhone; Face ID lock is available in Profile.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile: deletion is immediate and permanent.
5. Plans and subscription
Tickami offers a Free plan (2 spaces, 10 invoices per space, trash excluded) and a Tickami+ subscription (unlimited spaces and invoices), monthly or yearly, at the price shown in the app. The first subscription may start with a 7-day free trial.
The subscription is sold and charged by Apple, through your Apple ID. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your Apple ID settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple. Deleting your Tickami account does not cancel the subscription.
When the subscription ends, your data remains viewable, editable and exportable: only additions beyond the Free plan limits are blocked.
The publisher may change, suspend or stop all or part of the service. If the service stops, you will be notified in advance so you can export your data.
6. Analysis by artificial intelligence
If you agree, your invoices are analysed automatically by an artificial intelligence service (Anthropic). You can withdraw this consent at any time in Profile.
Extracted information may contain errors: check it before any accounting, tax or legal use. Tickami gives no accounting or tax advice and replaces neither your accountant nor your original receipts.
7. Your content
You remain the owner of the invoices and data you add. You allow the publisher to host and process them only to run the service. You agree to add only documents you are entitled to hold.
8. Liability
The publisher takes reasonable measures to keep the service available and secure, without guaranteeing that it will be free of interruptions or errors. Keep a copy of your important receipts: the CSV and ZIP export in Profile lets you do so.
9. Changes
These terms may change. You will be informed in the app of any significant change before it takes effect.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of disagreement, first write to contact@tickami.fr to find an amicable solution; failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction.
