Prices for France, VAT included; the App Store shows the price for your country. The subscription is sold by Apple and managed in your Apple ID settings.
Which documents can I scan?
Invoices, receipts, hotel or restaurant bills, credit notes and quotes, as a photo or file (PDF, JPG, PNG or HEIC, up to 10 MB).
Is my data sent to an AI?
Only if you agree. Images or PDFs are then sent to Anthropic (Claude API) to be read, without your name or email; Anthropic does not use them to train its models. Without your consent, you enter the amounts yourself, and you can change your mind at any time in your profile.
Can I manage several companies?
Yes: create one space per company and link an invoice to one or more spaces. It is only counted once in the overall total.
How do I send everything to my accountant?
Export a space and a period as CSV (Excel-compatible), with a ZIP of supporting documents, then share them from your iPhone: Mail, AirDrop or Files.
How do I cancel?
In your iPhone settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Your invoices stay viewable on the Free plan.
